Carpets & floor mats:

Usually, people start cleaning the interior from the floor mats and carpets because they are the dirtiest and can be easily removed. They are also good to start because they don’t need deep cleaning.

Before you go for cleaning you better remove all coins, wrappers and other substances that have accumulated. Skid seats forward and backward to confirm you don’t miss anything.

Floor mats cleaning:

Shake the floor mat actively, if a good shake is not enough then go for a stiff brush to lose grime.  Before all the mats are “dust-free”. If you wash mats with a detergent, make sure the detergent is thoroughly cleaned and there is no residue left behind. If it is, it will be unsafe for driving.

Carpet cleaning:

The very first step for carpet cleaning is vacuum cleaning. Then clean the corners of the seats and bottom of the seats using different brushes and tools.

Seats cleaning:

There are three different kinds of seats listed ahead:

  • Leather seats
  • Vinyl seats
  • Cloth upholstery

Leather seats cleaning:

Deluxe leather does have short-coming. Keeping it neat might be a difficult task. With the passage of time dirt and muck become installed into the surface.

Most leather-cleaning substances should be sprayed to seat. It’s applied by rubbing into the material with the help of a towel. When the process is complete, dry the leather seats with microfiber-cloth.

 Vinyl seats cleaning:

In comparison with leather seats, the vinyl seats are a “Snap” to take care of. Cleaning up vinyl seats is very quick and extremely easy. Many common products that you may already have will perform fine. Even glass cleaners will work excellent.

Cloth seats cleaning:

There is a multipurpose cleaner called tuff stuff which works excellent for cloth seats. But if strains are rigid some specialized cleaners are used, such as Scotchgard Carpet and “fabric spot remover”.

Windows and Mirrors:

For cleaning windows and mirrors there are two products which can work wonders:

  • Microfiber cloth
  • Glass cleaner

If you own a car with tinted windows, be even more conscious.

Dash board cleaning:

No matter what material does your dashboard consists of, may it be vinyl leather or some other material. It’s one of the most difficult parts to clean.

You should vacuum all the dust from the dashboard before you go for cleaning it. Then apply cleaning products, after that wipe the product thoroughly.

Console cleaning:

There are so many buttons and controls in your car which are very difficult o clean because they are placed in a very congested area. Use brushes and tools to clean that area.

We expect that the above-mentioned tips will be helpful in taking good care of your car in the future.
